Job Description: JOB DUTIES: "- Developing and executing quality assurance test scripts, tests plans and checklists - Application of software development life cycle concepts - Support strategies for automation to support DevOps model in B2C - Create SQL queries / scripts to produce automated test scripts - Manage testing of medium-size and large project - Perform project management activities such as planning, sizing, configuration, resources and scheduling Ability to work with all levels of management; strong Written communication skills and working knowledge of software development processes. Must be proficient in MS Excel including the use of Advance Excel Functions. Must also be proficient in MS Power Point. Be a strong facilitator and lead cross-functional team meetings to confirm requirements, resolve issues and report progress during the various lifecycle phases. Be able to analyze the situations and develop alternative approaches to addressing issues; recommend solutions and lead the implementation of management decisions. Technical knowledge and understanding of development flows and functionality in each release to support rapid continuous delivery. Ability to share information cooperatively across Development, QA, and Operations in efforts to establish culture for successful DevOps model. MUST HAVE SKILLS: Selenium expertise in a .Net (or Java) environment Test scenario creation Test data identification using SQL query creation and execution Tools/Skill-Quality Performance Center, HP Quality Test Professional, automation of test scripts. Web-service technology and testing (automation testing of web services is preferred) Heavy Database Experience Manual testing, and experience with integration testing, user acceptance testing, and testing enterprise systems
