Experience: Min 10+ Years hands-on experience in managing and controlling project schedule, cost and scope. PMP CertifiedKey Skills: Communication, Collaboration, Conflict Management, Time Management, Facilitation, Risk Management, Cost ManagementResponsibilities- Should have a good understand of Agile, waterfall methodologies
- Experience with conducting stand ups, scrum meetings and other meetings as a part of project start to release/s
- Should be familiar with Jira and JIRA boards. Be able to customize scrum board as per requirement if needed
- Should act as a servant leader
- Good understanding of SDLC process.
- Ability to act as a facilitator to the product owner and development team
- Should have the ability to identify impediments at the right time and suggest solution to the team. Problem solving skills
- Should be able to monitor, track and report progress daily weekly and monthly
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good time and conflict management skills
- Needs to be able to define products, features and prioritize features along with Product owner/stake holder agreement.
- Should be able to estimate level of efforts for developing features
- Should have the ability to shape the product development and release based on discussions with stakeholders/product owner and feedback
- Agile certification
- PMP Certification
