Role: Senior SRE

Location: Piscataway NJ (Hybrid job)

Interview Mode: Video + F2F The incumbent has to spearhead the SRE transformation journey who would be responsible for end-to-end management of multiple diverse applications involving on-prem and cloud implementations.Develop solutions by writing code to solve complex automation, system or platform problems for new or existing implementations. Collaborating with colleagues and leaders to design and deliver platform solutions and features. Monitoring systems, logging solutions, and security implementations for incidents or problems impacting the platform or our users.Experience on Databases, DevOps, automation, Unified monitoring platform and knowledge of CICD pipeline. The candidate should have around 3-5 years of experience.Develop solutions by writing code to solve complex automation, system or platform problems for new or existing implementations Collaborating with colleagues and leaders to design and deliver platform solutions and features Monitoring systems, logging solutions, and security implementations for incidents or problems impacting the platform or our users Hands-on experience in doing database automation work with knowledge of Python, Ansible, Jenkins, EKS, NodeRed, Javascript and Cassandra. Technology - Oracle, Amazon AWS, Python, Jenkins, Ansible, and EKS.- Well-versed with SRE Practices with specific experience in Automation and re-engineering

Job ResponsibilitiesBuild or use tools for self-healing process for the database-related issues Unified monitoring platform E2E Automation Validation and Governance Operational excellence best practices Benchmark existing CICD pipelines and bring industry best practices.Architect Pipeline as Code System, code review pipeline scripts and provide feedback.Improve CI/CD tools integration/operations, KS Deployment and Rollback Develop and maintain pipeline configurations and automate processes Develop, scale, and control strategies, standards, guidelines, governance of Pipeline as Code System.Collaborate with internal development and QA teams to help ensure end-to-end quality in the CICD pipeline.Write and maintain infrastructure documentation Troubleshoot issues along the CI/CD pipeline Work directly with the third-party vendors to fix infrastructural issues
