We are looking for a IT Campus Recruiter to join our campus recruitment team to act as our liaison with universities and help us hire entry level with Computer Science background.Marlabs designs and develops advanced digital solutions that help our clients improve their business outcomes swiftly and precisely. Our 2,500+ global workforce includes highly experienced technology, platform, and industry specialists from the world’s leading technical universities.Campus recruiter responsibilities include sourcing computer science graduates, attending and hosting career fairs, coordinate with training department to ensure the training for hired resources. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with various sourcing tactics, like social recruiting, and excellent relationship-building skills and knowledge on IT consulting industryUltimately, you will ensure we attract and hire high-potential employees and build a strong employer brand among college communities.Responsibilities

  • Source qualified recent computer science graduates through job posting, social media and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews and perform skills assessment tests for junior positions and internships
  • Attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand
  • Report on recruiting metrics after every careers event, including number of candidates interviewed and hired
  • Contact university career counselors and provide informative materials about our hiring programs
  • Responsible to make sure the hire employee perform
  • Coordinate with other departments Training, Finance, HR and Immigration for employees requirements.
  • Post job ads and source potential candidates on social media groups
  • Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions
Requirements and skills
  • Work experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role
  • Familiarity with IT services industry.
  • Experience in advertising and hiring for entry-level roles is a plus
  • Knowledge of various technologies, roles in IT field.
  • Hands-on experience with resume databases.
  • Familiarity with social media sourcing
  • Good networking abilities
  • MS or BSc degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
