ACS Solutions has an immediate need for a

System Analyst I. This is a 8+ months contract Role.

TITLE: Systems Analyst I

LOCATION: Plainsboro New Jersey

Hybrid/twice a week in office

9am to 5pm Eastern

Job Summary: Administrate and manage the day-to-day activities within the web hosting environment.

Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)- Firewall configuration- Load balancer configuration- TLS Cipher Suites- .Net programming – nice to have- PowerShell/ bash/ python scripting- Create and Modify user accounts for:

o VPNo AEMo Google Analyticso Google Tag Managero Adobe Targeto Domain Service Accountso FTP accounts

- Create/Modify/Archive .NET Websites- Create/Modify/Archive Adobe Experience Manager Websites- Create/Modify/Archive SQL Server Databases- Download/Upload/Install Adobe Experience Manager Code and Content Packages- Execute SQL Server Scripts- Add/Change/Move Google Analytics accounts and properties- Create and modify DNS records- Implement redirects- Provide assistance to External Vendor requests- Monitor NNI Web Hosting Email inbox- Monitor alerts from various alert systems- Respond to tickets in ServiceNow queue- Respond to tickets in Rackspace queue- Assist with small project work- Assist with troubleshooting activities- Documentation of processes and procedures

Job Requirements

- 0-3 years’ experience- Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux- Knowledge of Internet protocols- Knowledge of SQL- Willingness to learn

Skills- Experience with Windows and/or Linux- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel- Experience with ticketing systems- Excellent communication skills
