PROJECT MANAGER / TALENT ACQUISITION TECHNOLOGY PLAINSBORO, NJ Remote or Hybrid, local to Plainsboro, NJ. Project Description:
- This position will be responsible for managing a technology project resulting in configuration changes to our applicant tracking system.
- Manage the design and implementation of system enhancements.
- Liaison with company Global technical teams.
- Develop internal project plans and timelines.
- Work with team to ensure that the Talent Acquisition services provided have a customer orientation, are operationally efficient and compliant with relevant government regulations and achieve effective recruitment outcomes consistent with organizational strategies.
- Participate in global and local meetings in matters relating to Talent Acquisition systems.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Eight (8) years of progressively responsible HR experience required with two of those years in a similar role including a track record of success in technology management, operational processes and compliance and operational efficiency required.
- Project management within technology is critical .
- Ability to resolve complex problems, displaying a high level of critical thinking skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects balancing Talent Acquisition and stakeholder needs.
- Communication skills .
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition systems preferred.
