- 7+ plus years of hands-on experience in clinical data standards projects using CDISC SDTM skills in Pharma and/or CRO domain
- Strong Experience in CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM, CDASH) and worked on projects using SDTM conversion skills in the pharmaceutical industry
- Very good knowledge of the Data Management and Biostats business processes
- Very good understanding of clinical applications and business processes i.e. EDC, CTMS, IVR, and safety functions etc.
- Very good Communication, technical writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work in team and individual environment with team lead experience
