CONTRACT MANAGER FOR IT CONTRACT COMPLIANCEPRINCETON, NJ This role is kind of a jack of all trades in the IT contract space. Software contract/licensing experience is important. Also want someone who can communicate well. We need someone who can work effectively and communicate within IT. They need to represent the department on certain things. Project Description: Seeking an individual with knowledge and experience in contracting to join the IT Contract Compliance team in IT Operations. This individual will participate in operational activities as well as projects for acquisitions and divestitures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Obtain and review IT software and services contracts to document and prioritize which IT contracts are in scope.
  • Provide contract analysis and updates to key stakeholders.
  • Engage and build partnerships with the Client's Legal and Global Procurement.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communications between stakeholders, the Client's Legal, Global Procurement, and Service Providers.
  • Drive contract changes and amendments directly with vendors, service providers, business users and the Client's Legal.
  • Manage requests and workflows related to contract review requests, either manually, through SharePoint, or ServiceNow.
  • Facilitate contracts, including approvals and signature, through the Client's contract management system.
  • Perform contract management administrative tasks.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years' experience in IT contract development, interpretation, management, and contract negotiations.
  • Direct experience and subject matter expert in IT software and services contracts.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and proven track record of being able to influence others with effective verbal and written communications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities and timelines.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, iCertis, MS Office Suite, including Excel SharePoint and Teams.
  • Knowledge of software licensing models a plus.
  • Technical background or experience a plus.
  • Ability to establish key relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
