Our Manufacturing Client in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work at their Plant . If this sounds like the right fit for you, read on and apply!Pay: $31.25/hrShift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pmAssignment Duration: 6 monthsWhat’s a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:Manage ESKER tool setup for appropriate customers (customers that utilize standard PDF PO)
Support on Service model implementation
Assist in processing/management of customer orders (OTC)
Assist in maintaining customer master data in SAP
Assist in processing of credits/debits/returns
Assist in processing of invoicing (review for accuracy, ensure issued to correct party, etc.)
Assist in processing of customer tax issues (tax exemption certificates, correcting hierarchy issues, etc.)
Additional tasks at various stages could include:Work closely with the Plants (Site Liaisons, Planning, Quality, Labs, Logistic, and Product Managers) to ensure all teams are aware and aligned with customer’s needs
Administer orders ensuring only accurate and legally compliant data is transposed into the ERP system.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have the following Knowledge/Skills /AbilitiesPrior customer service/account experience working for a chemical manufacturing organization
Education and Experience:High School Diploma or GED is required
College courses and/or Degree, strongly preferred
3 years of Customer Service experience, strongly preferred
ESKER tool and SAP ERP system experience with Sales, Distribution, and Export Compliance functions (Required)
MS Office and G Suite Knowledge (Required)
