- Manage (insert/update) vulnerability and risk data stored in MySQL database with MySQL workbench and Microsoft Access
- Generate reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI
- Reassign misrouted vulnerabilities to the appropriate groups in ServiceNow
- Review/Submit vulnerability deferral requests in ServiceNow on the request of the stakeholders
- Review Policy Exception requests for accuracy and completeness
- Support Information Risk Management team to reduce risks associated with end of support systems and USB write access
- Provide advice and recommendation to application support groups on vulnerability grouping and appropriate remediation guidance
- Prepare and communicate operational metrics and trend analysis for the Cybersecurity Leadership Team
- Work with IT and business stakeholders to provide security guidance and promote a positive security mindset
- 0-3 years of information technology industry experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with MySQL database, Microsoft BI Publisher, Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with common vulnerabilities and attack vectors
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Information security certifications plus
