• 1+ years of SharePoint experience
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow
• 2+ years of MS office experience
• 2+ years of experience with IT Governance
• 2+ years of Performance Management experience

• Strong analytical abilities; detailed oriented
• Great communication skills
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow; past experience using ServiceNow
• Ability to present complex data in concise format.
• Ability to organize people and groups.

• Experience with ServiceNow
• MS office experience
• Familiar with Partner Relationship

• Partner with IT Provider Governance team to assist in completing activities IT Partner Relationship management
• Assist in preparing process documents.
• Assist in preparing protocol documents.
• Learn processes and necessary tasks related to IT Provider Governance tool
• Coordinate among IT Provider Governance team and IT stakeholders to enable the setup and use of the IT Provider Governance tool
• Update and monitor SharePoint site
