Job Responsibilities: 9 to 11 years of experience in the Information Technology field.Minimum 3 years of experience in Documentum and FirstDoc Must have strong back ground in Pharmaceutical Domain.Knowledge in upgrading Documentum systems.Problem Solving – Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving problems from both server side and client side.Good knowledge in ITIL process Ability to work in a team and as individual Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently with minimal direction.Self-motivated with high degree of initiative and excellent follow-up skills.
