IT Partner Relationship Manager Princeton, NJ Contract Opening 6+ months Must Haves for viable candidates:

  • 2+ years of Performance Management experience
Primary Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • Partner with IT Provider Governance team to assist in completing activities
  • IT Partner Relationship management
  • Assist in preparing process documents
  • Assist in preparing protocol documents
  • Learn processes and necessary tasks related to IT Provider Governance tool
  • Coordinate among IT Provider Governance team and IT stakeholders to enable the setup and use of the IT Provider Governance tool
  • Update and monitor SharePoint site
Skills and Knowledge Desired:
  • Strong analytical abilities; detailed oriented
  • Great communication skills
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow; past experience using ServiceNow
  • Ability to present complex data in concise format
  • Ability to organize people and groups
