Job Title: AEM Architect Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid) Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required. Prefer Computer Science or Engineering. Master's degree a plus but not required.
- AEM master certification is a big plus.
- Minimum 12 years of experience with Adobe AEM, Java/J2EE and front-end technologies such React/Angular.
- Experience/familiarity with transforming the legacy CMS web/mobile applications into headless CMS web/mobile applications
- Building Single Page Applications using React/Angular, Java/J2EE with headless AEM
- Solid expertise on Adobe Experience Manager 6.4/6.3/6.2/6.1/5.6.1 and CQ5, Adobe Marketing Cloud Products like Adobe Target, DTM, AEM forms and Analytics, Full Stack Java/J2EE and Web Technologies like Angular, React, AngularJS and NodeJS
- Solid experience with AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets and bundles.
- Solid experience on Java Content Repository (API) suite, Dispatcher, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, Workflows
- Experience with Continuous Integration and automated test execution and building tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium or Maven
- Experience with AEM workflows setup and maintenance as well as User and Group Management
- Experience working in an agile, preferably SAFe, environment.
- Experience with software engineering fundamentals including object-oriented design, data structures, dependency injection, testable code, and algorithms.
- Knowledge/familiarity with Quick Sites
- Experience working with a distributed team in a Technical Lead/Architect role
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Be highly collaborative, a fast learner and willing to work wherever needed on the team.
- Domain knowledge of health care, call centre, or public sector preferred but not required.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills and leadership
- Provide technical oversight to all Web and Mobile applications leveraging AEM
- Design/create all headless AEM artefacts/components/APIs for consumption by front-end React/Mobile applications
- Define/improve process for content migration from lower to higher environments
- Work as Solution Architect for the project involving React, Java/Spring Boot microservices and AEM
- Define/implement innovation stories to find better ways of building solutions.
- Guide/mentor junior AEM developers.
