I have an Sample Lab Technician opportunity available right now! This position can hold interviews as soon as possible and offers a competitive salary.Position: Sample Management Lab TechnicianJob Description: Data Management: Harmonize sample data throughout biorepository platforms including Tissue Returns: Receive tissue return requests from sites Coordinate with Site and Protocol Managers to ensure that proper approvals are given before return process is initiated Laboratory: Serve as backup support to the lab on an as needed bases Knowledge of all sample receipt and QC, coordinate and triage shipments to appropriate departments/vendors, sample shipment receipt verification (either paper form or database for chain of custody), destruction of samples, (with proper authorization), issue resolution documentation and tracking.
