- Configure new courses and update existing courses within Canvas LMS
- Support Canvas infrastructure including installation of all system updates, upgrades, and integrated software
- Establish and support LTIs (external applications)
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems with course design, LMS configuration, and infrastructure
- Provide technical and functional support to instructors and course designers across campus
- Create and manage administrative best practices related to user creation, permissions, API functions, and integrations with Canvas LMS
- At least 3 years of experience of Canvas platform administration and providing support to end-users
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex Canvas problems
- Experience building courses using Canvas
- Excellent people skills for working with both technical staff and end users
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
