MS Teams REMOTE Contract Management
- Proxy and host technical meetings
- Assist in the management of Virtual Collaboration projects, including application rollouts, merger & acquisitions, and migrations of MS Teams, AvePoint Cloud governance, Webex, Zoom, and Resverationless Plus services
- Review, approve and enable user recording capabilities within MS Teams, Webex, and Zoom service platforms
- Create, review, and update internal KB articles
- Export user, team, channel, and post data from security and compliance
- Review service platform message center, user analytics, and system performance health events
- Monitor / respond to social media comments and questions on MS Teams, Webex, and Zoom service platforms
- Review Microsoft Teams Network Assessments voice deployments.
- Troubleshoot MS Teams, AvePoint Cloud governance, Webex, Zoom, and Resverationless Plus connectivity issues
- Create, manage, update, and troubleshoot user accounts within MS Teams, Webex, Zoom, and reservationless plus conferencing services
- Troubleshooting Microsoft Teams Direct Routing on Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Trunks, Session Border Controllers
