  • 7-10 years of relevant financial system experience
  • Quickbase expertise
  • SAP Experience
  • Experience managing complex work streams and cross-functional projects in a regulated environment
  • Ability to professionally communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and create strong collaboration within the program
  • Strong business thinker with an ability to dive into execution aspects quickly, high-level view, and detail-oriented person
  • Excellent analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expertise with MS Excel and Quickbase

Management Reporting & Decision Supports – Quickbase Financial ProcessesReports to: Sr Director, Mgmt Reporting & Decision SupportOrganization: FinanceThe Decision Support and Financial System team partners with FP&A and Accounting to develop, implement tools to streamline the financial close and reporting process. This role will assist the decision support team in carrying out the existing financial processes that are driven through the Quickbase tool as part of the month and quarterly end close processes. The role will also partner with IT to optimize financial close processes and find additional efficiencies for the current processes being performed in QuickBase and excel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Month-end close – Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead PO Accrual process utilizing data provided by Ariba and facilitating conversion of data in quickbase to journal entries for accounting team
  • Lead manual journal entry close process completed in quickbase by FP&A teams and converting data in quickbase to journal entries for accounting team
  • Run quickbase financial analysis variance reports
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customer(s)/stakeholders to ensure that they are up to date on close process
  • Provide financial oversight and analysis if required
Reporting & Analytics Strategy
  • Identifies business demand requirements and partners with IT to deliver continuous process improvement
  • Responsible for identifying, reporting, and mitigating project risks, including the closure of risks that have materialized into issues.
