Veeva CRM Technical Analyst
Position Description CGI is seeking a seasoned professional to join our growing team supporting life science clients through end to end solution offerings and professional services. The successful candidate must be able to work in a cross-functional environment and interact with representatives from CGI, and our end-clients. This member will work at various CGI/ clients consulting and executing various life science business and IT initiatives from road map assessment architecture best practice phase implementations, and go live.Your future duties and responsibilities Technical senior consultant is a key member of our Life Sciences organization in the US. In addition to being responsible for co-developing solutions on Salesforce / Veeva CRM (and potentially Vault) platforms, the Senior Consultant will act as an expert in needs and requirement assessments, and system configuration and upgrade. Responsibilities:• Consulting on best practices, overall solutions, requirements gathering, and implementation of Veeva CRM projects• Provide ongoing support to clients on application changes such as adding custom fields, changing screen layouts, changing field level security, adding workflow rules, feature setup and activation.• Provide admin support for adding/deleting/changing users, setting up security, changing territory and role hierarchy.• Leading the development and maintenance of sandbox environments; deploying changes• Conduct ad-hoc data imports and exportsRequired qualifications to be successful in this role Qualifications:• A minimum of 3 years' experience in the life sciences industry, implementing Salesforce, Veeva CRM (and preferably Veeva Vault).• Administrative knowledge Salesforce.com; level 2 certification is a plus.• Customer service or consulting experience with life sciences clients• Knowledge of Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) and/or Veeva products, either through work at industry participants or consulting.• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.Skill Set/Years of Experience/Proficiency LevelVeeva CRM 2-4ExpertPharma 3-5+ExpertStrong IT / problem solving skills 6-8+ ExpertBuild your career with us.It is an extraordinary time to be in business.
