Your future duties and responsibilitiesTechnical Senior Consultant / Senior Developer – Veeva PromoMats (Vault)Technical senior consultant is a key member of our Life Sciences organization in the US. In addition to being responsible for co-developing solutions on Veeva PromoMats (Vault) platforms, the Senior Consultant will act as an expert in needs and requirement assessments, and system configuration and upgrade.Responsibilities:• Consulting on best practices, overall solutions, requirements gathering, and implementation of Veeva PromoMats / Vault projects• Provide ongoing support to clients on application changes such as adding custom fields, changing screen layouts, changing field level security, adding workflow rules, feature setup and activation.• Provide admin support for adding/deleting/changing users, setting up security, changing territory and role hierarchy.• Leading the development and maintenance of sandbox environments; deploying changes• Conduct ad-hoc data imports and exports. Required qualifications to be successful in this role• A minimum of 3 years' experience in the life sciences industry, implementing Veeva PromoMats (Vault).• Administrative knowledge Veeva PromoMats, Veeva certification is a plus.• Customer service or consulting experience with life sciences clients• Knowledge of Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) and/or Veeva products, either through work at industry participants or consulting.• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
