- Translates Ideas into deliverable architectural approaches
- Applies widest variety of architecture experience
- Leads Workday engagements in large accounts
- Converts Ideas into Enterprise Roadmaps
- Create an actionable roadmap to prioritize change and develop realistic, realizable plans for execution
- Leads or influences customer's Workday decisions
- Partner with our customers to understand strategies, challenges, and goals
- Exudes strong executive presence, demonstrates a polished demeanor and superior communication skills to effectively manage pre-sales, project execution in complex environment; uses excellent facilitation, negotiation, influencing, and consensus building skills to drive diverse teams
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge and deep expertise in designing solution for an industry (Financial, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Insurance. etc.)
- Demonstrates comprehensive and top-level expertise
- Trusted technical advisor providing customers with enterprise solution recommendations aligned to their vision, strategy, and goals.
- Produce current and future state architectural deliverables linked to customers' business strategies to achieve desired outcomes
- Articulates value proposition of proposed architecture
- Create an actionable architectural roadmap for transformation.
- Ensure our relationship continues after the sale through adoption, deployment, and value review.
- Identify quick win opportunities
- Applying customer and market context to a set of solutions
- Identify areas of competitive differentiation
- Strong knowledge of and extensive experience working with the following Workday modules (Core HR, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, US Payroll, Absence Management & Time Tracking).
- Extensive understanding of the end to end functional HR business processes.
- Skilled in interviewing business users, collecting and interpreting requirements, and explaining the solution details to business audience.
- Familiar with Workday audit requirements and processes.
- Deep knowledge of Workday's Business Process Framework and Security
- Experience with Workday core HCM, Staffing BP, Alerts, Report Scheduling, Security, Time Tracking, and Absence (Configuration experience is required at least in Core HR)
- Excellent in PowerPoint presentations skills
