  • Assists in the management of call center operations, including the day to day activities of the call center supporting the Director
  • Conduit to providing access to client systems, including contractor access, IRMS, etc. working with Compliance Associate
  • Works with the Director and various internal stakeholders on the coordination of call center related projects, requests, issue resolution and reporting/metrics on call center operations.
  • Triages incoming emails to the call center mailbox to provide timely resolution
  • Create and edit process documents as needed to support activities of the call center
  • Creates and edit project timelines for new product introductions to call center
  • Works with Compliance Associate to route changes in documentation through PRC as well as GQEDMS
  • Reviews recorded calls to ensure high quality and support by the call center agents
  • Manage segregation of recorded calls as needed by the cross-functional team
  • Facilitates and/or participates in meetings with Call Center Vendor to ensure resolution of any issues that may arise from time to time
  • Prepare reports as needed to support the Director
Skills and ExperienceRequired
  • Minimum 3 years Project Management experience within Pharma or Healthcare
  • 5 years Professional Call Center experience or customer service experience; Call Center Experience preferred
  • College degree required
  • Must be proactive, high energy, effective communicator with attention to detail
  • Ability to work across different cross functional teams
  • MS Office
  • MS Project
  • Familiarity with ISO9001/13485
