- Minimum 3 years of experience in Documentum and FirstDoc.
- Must have strong back ground in Pharmaceutical Domain.
- Knowledge in upgrading Documentum systems.
- Problem Solving – Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving problems from both server side and client side.
- Good knowledge in ITIL process
- Ability to work in a team and as individual
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently with minimal direction.
- Self-motivated with high degree of initiative and excellent follow-up skills.
