Job Description:
  • Candidate will be part of the Cyber and Data Enablement Identity and Access Management group.
  • Duties will include performing test coordination, management of test accounts, and management of the test calendar.
  • The Test Coordinator will meet with various Business teams and IT teams to facilitate testing setup needed by other applications that interface with the IAM environment.
  • Duties will also include process development and documentation, specific testing based on assigned projects, incident investigation and triage related to testing, knowledge article review, ad-hoc reporting, testing metrics and coordinating small continuous improvement projects.
  • Candidate will be part of the Cyber and Data Enablement Identity and Access Management group.

Experience required:
  • Candidates must have experience with a standard ticketing system such as Service Now, knowledge of project management and must have experience in an IT organization.
  • They must be able to work with the IT staff as well as business clients to understand their needs and translate them into efficient communication and process.
  • Knowledge of industry standard testing techniques
  • Understanding of identity and access management functions (i.e. account management)
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Organizes and presents ideas in a convincing and compelling manner
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Understands the value of process-centric approach to business analysis
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) procedures including developing business requirements and testing.
  • Command of project management techniques and tools.
  • Pharma experience and working in an IT Provisioning/Administrative organization is a strong plus.
