Job Title: WordPress Administration Location : Princeton, NJ Duration : Contract to Hire Position Basic Qualifications: Significant experience (4+ years) with WordPress including experience extending and customizing the WordPress Administration Dashboard, developing plugins for wp-admin, and building highly performant and reliable interfaces with other systems. Knowledge of and some experience with the WordPress Gutenberg editor. Gutenberg Block development (React) experience is a big plus. 4+years' experience with PHP, JavaScript, JSON, REST, HTML, and CSS. Experience with React, Redux and NodeJs and a willingness to move to these technologies as WordPress evolves. Experience with JavaScript and PHP linting/unit testing. Experience with SQL databases, experience with MySQL a plus. Experience with Agile methodology is a plus. Proven understanding of Computer Science fundamentals including web development, service-oriented architecture, cloud computing, test driven development and domain driven design. Preferred Qualifications: BS in Computer Science. Exposure to Docker, AWS or other cloud or container based application deployment is a plus.
