We collaborate internationally to deliver the services and solutions that help everyone to be more productive and enable innovation.Key requirements for the role:Proven skills to work in a large, multi-cultural environment

Strong understanding of HR, and Finance processes (people management)

Track record to manage 10+ internal / external associates

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Expertise in Vulnerability management

Good understanding of risk management and compliance processes

Good understanding of cloud security and architecture

Good understanding of vulnerability rating and prioritization of CVEs, CWEs,

Key Responsibilities:Build and run a centralized function to drive remediation activities across the company

Pro-actively engage with all IT service delivery / service support functions

Continuously drive remediation of vulnerabilities and rectifying misconfigured systems

Develop checks and balances for Cyber Hygiene (for example: end of life systems)

Develop periodic checks and metrics to assess patch cadence across the environment

Actively work with the various service lines (wintel, unix, database, …)

Actively work with Enterprise Architecture and Engineering teams

Actively work with Patch Management, Application Security and Cloud teams

Actively work with DevIT teams to help integrating tools and requirements

Identify and troubleshoot systemic issues across the environment

Identify and troubleshoot End of life and misconfiguration issues

Drive development of processes and tools for remediation management

Develop metrics and reporting capabilities to communicate remediation progress and key challenges to different levels in the organization (up and including IT Leadership)

Education Minimum Requirement:A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, preferably in a pharmaceutical or other regulated environment

Required Experience and Skills:10+ years IT / Cyber Security experience or Infrastructure operations.

5+ years people management experience (hiring, performance mgmt.)

Excellent communication skills

Excellent understanding of Vulnerability Management and Patch Management

Excellent understanding of ITIL processes (Config, Incident, Problem, Change mgmt.)

Attitude to get things done and improvise, adapt, overcome
