Our focus is on innovation and launch execution excellence; we translate breakthrough science into innovative medicines that help people with cancer across the globe.The Global Brand Strategy Associate Director is a vital role that will be responsible for shaping Gastrointestinal (GI) Cancer indications and propelling the rapid expansion of the GI Portfolio of indications. The role will focus on Hepatobiliary Cancers (HBC) and Colorectal Cancers (CRC). You will be responsible for maximizing the Global opportunity for our immuno-oncology product in GI by developing and implementing launch strategies. You will apply a "One Team" approach as you provide Brand Strategy leadership for HBC and CRC, and to the broader GI Cancer Portfolio.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Building strong and actionable value propositions, narratives and launch strategies in Hepatobiliary Cancers and CRC. Lead the Commercial Excellence Framework (L3 Next) and associated strategic development in close collaboration with the Global Disease lead.

Lead and work collaboratively with multiple functional teams including the Global Disease Team, HH International Team, Regional Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Competitive Intelligence, HH Digital Data and Analytics (HHDDA), Promotional Review Team (PRT), and agency teams to achieve the business aspiration.

Know your customers: cross-functionally obtain a deep understanding of customers including drivers, barriers, competitive dynamics, and ecosystems. Initiate brand strategy customer insight market research projects in partnership with HHDDA

Know your product: partner with Disease Teams and Medical to establish a deep understanding of our clinical trials vs competition in order to drive product differentiation.

Shape key strategic communication objectives, Omnichannel, and content development for GI Portfolio customers and measure impact of objectives across multiple channels to continuously improve on the customer experience.

Represent HBC and CRC indications to shape the direction of the GI Portfolio strategy and optimize the customer experience across multiple indications and products.

Own the relationship with agency partners to develop compelling narratives, promotional campaigns, and customer resources, and lead approval of resources through the Promotional Review Team (PRT) process.

Lead the Brand Strategy annual OnePlan in collaboration with the Global Disease Team and manage promotional budgets for HBC, CRC, and GI Portfolio.

Demonstrate "One Team" approach of integrating best practices and facilitating cross-regional learning.

Maintain alignment to compliance goals and policies.

Position Location : Rahway, NJ or Upper Gwynedd, PA (Hybrid work model is combination of in-office and work from home ability US based).Education:

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) required

Master's Degree (MBA) strongly preferred

Required Experience and Skills:

Required:Minimum of 4 years' experience in marketing pharmaceutical products

Ability to work through ambiguity to shape a strategic vision

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across hierarchical lines

Strong knowledge of marketing principles

Campaign and Message Development experience

Strong communication and presentation skills

Agency/vendor management skills

Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Preferred: Experience in commercial positions with Global responsibilities, preferably within Oncology, GI Cancer, HBC, CRC, Gastric, and/or early stage settings.

Experience developing and implementing innovative global marketing and commercial strategies and prior experience launching products is highly desirable.

Leading cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment

Experience with managing medical / legal review of customer resources
