Key ResponsibilitiesProvide the integrated engagement and oversight of QMS documents in preparation of QMSC approval with the sites

Facilitate evaluation, deployment, and implementation of new/revised QMS Quality Standards, Global SOPs and related documents (e.g. work instructions, forms)

Gather site feedback as an input to the QMS process and QMSC participation (designee as needed for Quality Operating Unit lead)

Provide coordination and oversight of OpU Quality Council KPIs to include, but not limited to, preparation of data, evaluation of data, distribution of data, follow-up and support to investigate any trends, identified appropriate action(s) and ensure effectiveness of action(s)

Program manager for the Operating Unit annual Quality Plan including pre-reviews with Business Unit Quality LT. Lead critical compliance project(s) for the Operating Unit that remarkably improve the compliance posture of the sites making compliance simple and efficient

EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Virology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering (or equivalent)

RequiredTen years in biopharmaceutical industry with compliance-related experience

Work independently and as a Team member with Integrity | Precision | Accomplishment | Motivational Ambition | Respect | Inclusion

Solid knowledge of global cGMPs and global regulatory environment

Strong experience in large molecules area

Deep knowledge of site-based operations

Excellent project management and organizations skills

Strong demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative and leadership skills in dealing with a broad diversity of cultures

Operations or direct Operations related experience, e.g. Technology, Quality, MPS experience

Experience with Company Production System and CEM

PreferredExpansive experience in Quality Systems, Quality Assurance and Quality Control including solid knowledge of global GMP and regulatory requirements

Direct experience using divisional QMS systems at a site in past five years

Easily learns and leverages new IT systems to collect, trend and analyze data
