Position Objective

Konica Minolta is seeking an innovative IT systems eCommerce Manager with a strong focus in Digital/eCommerce applications. The eCommerce Manager is responsible for leading and managing our eCommerce systems team and initiatives. This leader will work collaboratively with multiple Global teams and several business partners who are working concurrently on this project. This role is a key liaison between the product, marketing, technical, vendor and executive team considering scope, planning, resources and budget to deliver an evolving ecommerce platform

Essential Job Functions

• Lead our e-commerce systems team • Lead the technical development, launch and optimization of new digital experiences to support the needs of the customer and the Center of Excellence ecommerce team.• Work with external system integrators and software vendors to build out and refine the ecommerce solutions. • Work collaboratively and cross functionally to ensure interface points are developed and optimized between existing internal systems and the ecommerce platform.• Lead several dedicated ERP-SAP-ecommerce team members to drive the integration to ecommerce and streamline the ability to digitize the experience internally and externally • Work with the executive team to build our go-to-market systems while constantly refining how to execute towards our commerce vision• Dive deep into automation, workflows, and creating a sustainable long term operational strategy to drive growth• Analyzes and anticipates complex business situations taking into account changing business environments, emerging technologies, market trends and competition. • Focuses on innovative and improvement, connecting different concepts and contrasting ideas to provide creative solutions.

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

• Proven track record of successfully completing complex system implementations on-time or ahead of schedule, through diligent project management with detailed project planning, resource allocation, task assignments and accountability, issue identification and resolution.• Knowledge of and commitment to using Agile methodologies and Project management software• Experience with B2B business models and e-commerce solutions - ecommerce experience strongly desired• Knowledge of SAP ERP systems and integration between an e-commerce platform and backend operational infrastructure (for example, orders from the front end flowing through to accounting and financial reporting systems; or updating inventory accordingly when orders are placed to keep product availability current).• Prior experience with tax solutions like Avalara and payment processing solutions preferred • Willingness to research and sort out the best implementation solution; working with API calls to/from multiple systems and third party solutions• Team player, someone comfortable rolling up their sleeves and problem-solving technical pathways to meet business needs.• MACH architecture like commercetools or ElasticPath• Strong command of standard Project Management methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile• Strong organizational skills and be detail oriented• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills between both the customer and all levels within the organization are required• Experience in implementing value adding actions derived from business awareness• Has thorough knowledge of the business to conduct an evaluation of risk and challenges, turning threats into opportunities and adjusting/developing viable ecommerce IT systems platform.• High level of proficiency in data analytics, e-commerce platforms, and technologies• Embraces challenges as learning opportunities. Acknowledges and takes ownership for own areas of development by seeking feedback from others to continually grow.• Prior experience successfully managing internal teams and external partners• Exceptional problem-framing, problem-solving, and project management skills• Detail-oriented, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment• Have a can-do mentality• Appreciates that diverse perspectives creates better solutions.

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree• 5+ years of experience executing and designing e-commerce strategies across multiple platforms
