Job Title: Finance CoordinatorDuration: 8 months with possible extensionsLocation Raritan, NJ (remote for now) Should be able to manage Budget tracking for programs.

Role will include
  • Update Project tracker with the Program Managers and Project Managers
  • Keep track of Spend / POs / Invoices
  • Make sure invoices are billed and closed
  • Help with yearend Closing of finance activities with guidance from the manager.
  • Keep track of funds transfer
