Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ Position Type: Contract Job Summary: The fulfillment operations team needs more resources in order to effectively manage daily monitoring of order flow as well as the critical analysis of identifying root cause issues to resolve. Currently the team has to monitor: -Open Orders -Daily Promise Ship Dates -On Time Pick Ups -PO Routing Issues -SO Submitted Order Delays -Open ASNs -Lost in Transit Orders -EPOD monitoring -LTL Delivery and On Time -Credit Card Authorization Failures -Fulfillment Capacity Planning -Inventory Discrepancies -Backorders at Fulfiller -3PL Management' -Open Issues / Enhancements -Invoice review and reconciliations -TV Mounting -Same Day Delivery -Returns -Overall system enhancements and automation designVacancy expired!
