- Design and implement IAM solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for IAM.
- Perform user access reviews, audit, and compliance functions related to IAM.
- Develop and maintain IAM architecture, including directory services, single sign-on (SSO), and access management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IAM design, implementation, and support.
- Expertise in IAM products such as Siteminder and knowledge of Forgerock is a plus.
- Familiarity with directory services, SSO, and access management concepts.
- Strong understanding of IAM protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Experience working with authentication and authorization technologies.
- Experience with IAM integration with other systems such as HR and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus
