- Our client is looking for an Application Developer who will be responsible for developing software solutions for the client's external and internal clients.
- The candidate will be working with Digital Channels such as Chat, Chatbot, IVR, CRM and other AI enabled technologies.
- There will be a heavy focus on how these technologies and concepts can be applied in the Service Center/Enterprise environments.
- The successful candidate Will be involved in all aspects of the agile software development life cycle.
- Will work under guidance with other members of scrum team to design, develop, and test solutions consistent with the business objective.
Responsibilities:"Design and implement backend application interfaces for data and services"Design and develop integration solutions"Develop & enhance applications that successfully meet business objectives / timelines"Design, coding and testing independently in the agile development"Collaborate with other development team members and external teams when needed"Architect and design systems fit for purpose, availability, scalability, recoverability and security"Promote use of innovative new technology and best practices for BU or Enterprise-wide new product and solution development initiativesRequired Skills:"Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline"5+ years of software development experience"Experience with latest JavaScript libraries like React, Angular, NodeJS etc"Hands on experience with SQL & NoSQL"Experience with Mongo DB"Experience with XML and JSON"Experience with .NET technologies"Working knowledge of RESTful services and SOAP"Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices is a plus."Experience with full software life-cycle (SDLC) develop/test/build/deploy/etc."Extensive experience with Agile software development methodologies"Strong programming skills, good understanding of design patterns."Unit Testing, Integration testing and Automated testing"Display an eagerness to experiment with new technologies."Strong collaboration and communication skills"Possess a strong desire to solve problems and provide rationaleThe Company is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit and business needs.
