Your Career

In this role, you will define and lead marketing strategy and growth marketing for the New Initiatives team, in collaboration with counterparts in Strategy, Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing. You will plan and lead the execution of growth programs, along with ensuring that the marketing team has the tools and processes needed across all streams to drive excellence. You will work with internal partners to advocate for required resources, and set the pace to enable a brand-led, customer-first, data driven marketing organization.

You will be a critical member of the New Initiatives marketing leadership team and hold responsibility both for growth marketing strategy and execution, as well as operational excellence across all marketing teams; including performance tracking, measurement, reporting, modeling and financial impact analysis.

Your Impact

  • Lead, manage and represent marketing through annual and quarterly planning and strategy cycles.

  • Own and drive investment logic and execution, including real-time spend across marketing teams: prioritize and allocate resources according to strategic needs, and manage overall marketing ROI.

  • Develop and execute our growth strategy, encompassing performance marketing and marketing partnerships across both DTC & B2B contexts.

  • Lead ideation, planning, and execution of growth programs; and lead the development of the required systems to ensure effective marketing programs.

  • Accountable for strong alignment with revenue, sales, and operations, driving a point of view on strategic priorities based on internal and external data.

  • Ensure operational excellence in the marketing team, from setting the agenda for weekly meetings, to managing goals and shaping the strategic outcomes of offsites, to ensuring cross-functional collaboration.


  • Lead the organization to leverage data to inform, develop, and iterate on marketing strategy, including the development of marketing measurement models.

  • Build the effective connective tissue required to drive collaboration and success between consumer marketing, enterprise marketing, field marketing, marketing analytics, marketing operations, sales operations and finance.

  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of New Initiatives marketing on brand metrics, growth and performance marketing, sales pipeline, revenue and conversion against revenue goals.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in business, sales, marketing or marketing operations, ideally with exposure to both B2C and B2B

  • Strong analytical chops and ability to problem-solve and understand key drivers of business strategy, pipeline and revenue

  • Direct experience managing in-house, high-performance marketing execution,ideally having significantly scaled or managed a large budget across paid and organic channels

  • Proactive and passionate operations leader who understands marketing role within the GTM strategy

  • Solid working experience with modern marketing technology stacks

  • Strong communicator with ability to articulate, present and debate recommendations with all levels of management in sales and marketing

  • Business analytics comfort with past track record for leading projects such as, financials planning, funnel analysis, lead scoring models, and marketing measurement models
