- Design, development, test custom .Net applications as per user requirement
- Analyze and estimate impact for potential upgrade or migration of the existing solution
- Responsible for design and implementation of software projects using C#
- Develop, test, and implement EDI transaction maps
- Document Technical Specifications, EDI documentation
- Perform tests on all new interface and transactions to resolve all business issues and provide support to interfaces and processes for efficient flow of information and maintain all change requests.
- Coordinates EDI testing and trading partner implementation initiatives
- Monitor all automated processes to guarantee effective EDI document transmissions.
- 5 years of experience in programming application software, computer programming, and design methodology.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an EDI developer role.
- C# Windows, Web development with .NET framework with specialization on Windows application, web API, web services.
- Proficient knowledge and hands on experience working with Relational Databases and MS SQL, must be familiar with framework for DAL (Data Access Layer)
- Knowledge of SDLC and experience with agile development
- Working experience with ERP Systems.
- Experience with ANSI x 12 EDI standards and EDI documents such as 810/850/855/860/856/210/214.
- Knowledgeable with XML and/or XPATH.
- Hands on experience with data communication methods, such as VAN, FTP, and/or AS2.
- Knowledge of EDI solutions such as GIS, PRO EDI, 1EDI, and/or EZ-Connect. (Preferred)
- Must have ability to translate user requirement to technical implementation and break down to tasks
- Using Microsoft visual studio as IDE is required, great to have experience with source control (SVN or GitLab)
- Strong verbal communication skill and team collaboration consensus required
- Team player and able to work independently with minimal assistance
