What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years’ experience in complex, large-scale manufacturing supply chain and/or service repair operations environment, preferably in the Cloud server/network hardware supply chains or equivalent high-technology industry
  • 5+ years of experience demonstrated expertise in Excel, PowerBI, SQL, Tableau, or comparable
  • 5+ years of direct people management experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Program Management
  • Experience with ERP/MRP implementation (i.e. SAP, Dynamics 365 or comparable)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Outstanding analytical ability and written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrable record of effective collaboration with colleagues and across business groups.
  • Sound and practical business judgment, ability to think strategically, and desire to establish a “trusted advisor” relationship with senior management personnel.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workflow.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and manage a high performing team that thrives with the ambiguity of supply planning and execution
  • Plan warranty parts inventory to meet performance metrics and capital allocation targets
  • Monitor actual inventory usage versus plan to adjust future plans and to report any risks to the business
  • Transform and manage warranty planning & operations to meet customer requirements and scale client’s growth
  • Perform data analysis and presentation through Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools to drive business & technical decisions
  • Develop an automation roadmap and define business requirements for cross-functional programs that improve consistency and visibility of execution to plans
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation efforts of program delivery capabilities in parallel to day-to-day business operations
  • Build strong working relationships across multiple disciplines and global teams (Quality Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Field Services, etc.), driving process improvements and lowering financial risk
