Note:Regular shift/Day shift Travel required: Mon-Fri this job will require customer communication, leading a project to conclusion, technical hardware troubleshooting, physical installation, cabling, and most of all, travelling.

Should be interested to Travel Locally/ Out of State to Data Centers: (for local travel, it will be their own vehicle. For local travel)Ideally the candidate would have a passport in case they need to travel internationally, but domestic travel is going to be more frequent.Requirements:
  • Hardware troubleshooting, failure analysis, and root cause analysis experience
    • Troubleshooting utilizing tools in:
      • Linux terminal command line
      • Windows command line
    • Willing to travel
      • Up to 50% of the time
      • Currently in possession of or able to obtain a passport
  • Hardware break-fix
  • Lan/WAN configuration
  • Firmware updates
  • 75% Technical Skills and 25% Process skills
  • Windows and Linux OS skills - troubleshooting
  • Shifts 10 / 12 Hr Shifts, 3 Days in the first week (36 Hrs) and 4 days in the second week (48 Hrs). The alternate week will get the weekend off
  • Server platforms break-fix experience is very important
  • Datacenter Experience is important
  • Remote Support experience is important
  • Ticketing system experience is a must
