- Act as raw data collection, database management and cost optimization. Provide accurate BOM and analyze cost information to support business projects development and operations. Sufficient support all cost and BOM relate questions and requirements.
- Coordinate internal cross-functional teams including Business Planning, Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Customer Operation and Logistics to collect cost information, establish BOM to supports business team to complete RFP/RFQ and customer commitments.
- Work with Field team to ensure customer expectations are met without risking corporate business goals.
- Support business operation trouble shoot cost issues, remove obstacles, track issues and make judgment calls to prevent risk to the business.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure timely cost recovery on customer programs.
- Minimum 3-5 years' related experience
- Computer hardware and/or server manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Science related field

- SAP, Syspro, Agile and other program management methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to support rapidly changing customer requirements while striving for efficiency and process improvement.
- Participate in complex projects and meet RFP/RFQ requirements and schedules.
- Ability to communicate results across internal stakeholders
- Deep knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and Power Pivot.
