- Primarily responsible for the Enterprise Wireless Infrastructure, company SME for Wireless
- Administer Cisco Client environment for TACACS, RADIUS, and NAC services
- Collaborate with peer IT and business teams to design, implement and support wireless solutions in warehouse and office environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with end user and IOT device connectivity, performance, and security
- Define standards and maintain detailed documentation
- Monitor system performance and health to ensure availability, reliability, and security
- Maintain wireless infrastructure hardware / software lifecycle, plan and perform hardware and software upgrades
- Provide continuous improvement and optimization of the wireless security and performance
- Have 10 years or more years of specific network engineering and/or wireless networking experience
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience with computer systems and networks.
- Expert level knowledge of Cisco wireless networking technologies, standards, and best practices
- Expert troubleshooting skills, proven analytical thinker
- Advanced level knowledge of security protocols and authentication, hands-on experience with TACACS, RADIUS and NAC services infrastructure (Client)
- Experience with enterprise networking technologies including route, switch, and firewall, with a focus on wireless technologies
- Experience working with Cisco TAC
- Experience using and performing site-surveys with Ekahau
- Ability to create high quality network diagrams and documentation
- Perform after-hours / on-call support duties as required
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across multiple teams
- Proven ability to learn and teach in a team environment
