Role Description: The

Application Development Lead must have at least 3+ years of experience. For this

Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements, translate them using appropriate configuration settings in Majesco platform, think out of the box and suggest innovative ways to address business needs, provide low level design, develop the code and validate. - Assist in release planning including estimating efforts, coordinate software builds and releases, promote them to test and production environments. - Collaborate with multiple business and technical teams including Insurance carriers and Cloud Solution Partners product engineering, Implementation, Quality Assurance teams and 3rd party solution providers. - Coordinate with offshore teams on regular basis to get timely deliverables.

Required Experience: - Over 5 years experience in SQL, PL/SQL or in Java is required. - Experience in working with Majesco based implementation projects using Dev Studio, ICD/ICM is preferred. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle in an Agile environment using JIRA, Azure DevOps to manage and resolve assigned tickets. - Experience with source code version control software (Git/SVN). - Familiarity with Data modeling, and API is a plus.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
