The Senior Business Implementation Consultant will provide in-depth analysis, consultation and recommendations to clients during deployment of products in order to ensure clients’ business needs are met. The right candidate will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery and implementations and provide best-in-class solutions to the clients’ business needs.
Key Responsibilities:• Ability to interact with the client from a business requirements perspective.• Understanding of Retail Banking/Deposit Operations• Manage data file integrationo Own and capture input file mapping requirements for batch fileso Test Input file for accuracy of data mapping and contento Elicit, validate and prioritize client business requirements• Assist testing and validating configurations• Work with the project team to help investigate and resolve testing problems given the established business requirements and severity level.• Document all business requirements and processes information for all implementations as needed.• Liaise closely with Product and Development teams to provide input and receive continual training.Qualifications:• Experience with query language, with a focus on SQL• Strong skills with Microsoft suit of business products, especially ExcelVacancy expired!
