Principal Technical Program Manager – Fiserv Fraud SolutionsJob Description:Fiserv is building a new data business and will invest in developing the next generation Enterprise Fraud product and services. We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) professional to lead multi-year programs from concept through execution. We will build new processes and tools to help our customers prevent fraud and ensure compliance with laws where they operate.You will work closely with our Engineers and Product Managers to define the architecture across development team. Define and orchestrate work streams, timing, milestones, and communication plans. Fraud prevention and compliance programs are rife with ambiguity, and we are looking for a leader who can embrace the challenge of solving complex technical problems that require consistent iteration and schedule refinement. This leader will facilitate the development of detailed project plans and timelines, ensure technical teams are delivering to requirements, and drive leadership alignment and communication of our progress across teams.The successful candidate will have strong Technical Program management, be highly collaborative, globally minded and have a high level of customer focus. You should be a motivated self-starter that works well with others in a dynamic, ambiguous environment. You should have excellent business, technical, and communication skills to be able to work across countries and markets, dev teams, and with business owners to define and deliver improvements.The person we’re looking for: Develop program vision and timelines, and gain buy-in for that vision across senior leadership Lead validation of ideas and feedback to refine the program vision Develop program governance, communication, roadmaps, and milestones Codify requirements across multiple stakeholders into a single program and roadmap Drive program management and engineering resources in the design, development and launch of new products. Work across cross-functional project teams to enable the successful launch of the program Own and develop a communication plan that includes regular reviews with customers and leadership Has good communication and reasoning skills, including the ability to make a strong case for technology choices Has ability to build consensus and iteratively improve solutionsBasic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry, including hands-on management of large, cross-functional software efforts. Experience with end-to-end product delivery. Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition. Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product. Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product. Experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success.Preferred Qualifications: MBA or Masters degree 2+ years of experience working with executive stakeholders Experience in fraud risk prevention, fraud program controls and investigations.
