Data Analyst, Skillman, NJ

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Data Analyst to work for one of our top clients in Skillman, NJ. This is a long term, open ended contract that includes full benefits. Candidates need to work onsite in Skillman, NJ.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver necessary Data Analytics as required by Project phase.
  • Create and monitor Master Data setup and change requests for NPD & LCM projects to ensure stage gate milestones are met. Serve as SME for PMO on the DSP system.
  • Open, monitor progress, and close purchase orders in Ariba/eMarketplace & serve as SME for PMO on the system.
  • Create, and deliver regular reports to Project Team management.
  • Complete various PMO data analysis requests as needed.
  • Create artwork work orders, track and report artwork progress for projects in scope as needed
  • Provide general project support and expertise as requested by the project team.
  • Participate in and contribute to Project Team meetings (potential to lead smaller projects where necessary).
  • Assist with tracking actual spend vs. budget of multiple projects, report monthly, assist with PPM.
  • Monitor progress of all functions' trackers and address questions and follow ups as required by project.
  • Consolidate project results for progress review and metrics reporting at Squad and total PMO level.

Qualifications
  • Education: BS degree / Experience 5 years plus.
