Responsibilities:Collaborate with product, R&D and clinical team to identify data needs, define and develop a plan for data collection based on the needs.Collaborate with product, clinical and engineering teams to define and develop the infrastructure and framework of the Subtle Medical data management platformSupport data management activities and processes across clinical studies supported by the companyMaintain and create standardized processes for data management activitiesRepresent data management in cross-functional meetingsWork with clinical physicians to appropriately label and store the dataParticipate in study document reviews.Work cross-functionally with other functions to meet project deliverables and timelines for clinical data collection, quality checking and reportingEnsure data system compliance by following the established regulatory guidelinesThis role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and has an access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required. Advanced degree preferred.5+ years of experience in clinical researchCertificate in clinical data management preferred but not required. Employee must provide records of current training or complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, human subjects protection, and Good Clinical Practice (Google Cloud Platform)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite platformsGood organization and planning skillsStrong interpersonal skills and communication skills (both written and oral)Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic and fast paced environmentAbility to collaborate with cross functional team members and external collaboratorsFamiliarity and professional experience with various medical imaging modalities and clinical radiology service is a plusKnowledge of project management is a plus.
