Job Description & QualificationsInfostretch Corporation is looking for Technical Project Manager with strong expertise on development projects, Architecture, Project Management experience with modern cloud-based applications medical devices and companion apps. This FTE position would be based out in Somerset, NJ. Tools & Technologies:Desirable Skills:• 10 to 12 Years of overall professional experience, some of which as a Technical Project Manager with Microsoft services (.Net)• Managing large teams, both onshore and offshore• Strong Background in health care domain• Experience managing multiple projects.• Great leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills• Prior experience developing, testing, and releasing scalable software projects.• Prior experience managing and delivering high quality software, either as a development manager, QA manager, project manager, product manager or a technical support manager.• Ability to develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders.• Excellent judgment, decision making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure.• Can-do attitude• Good problem-solving skills• Agile methodologies Role & Responsibilities:• Primarily responsible for Projects Delivery & Management within Time, Budget and Quality Standards defined by Company. Should have performed Technical hands-on in past.• Manage projects end to end related to Microsoft services (.Net), where the candidate will be expected to setup a comprehensive stakeholder management, communication plan with internal and external leadership• Hands on experience in delivery of large-scale, that involve multiple partners.• Analysing and managing project risk, evaluating trade-offs between project size and complexity, cost, vitality• Provide leadership to the software engineering team for product area.• Design and coordinate project plans, resource plans and financials, ensuring all requirements and objectives are met.• Responsible for overall customer satisfaction and timely delivery of Solution with Quality Standards & Budget.• Perform effective project management & technical leadership role. Responsible to create project plan, project schedule, track the plan till complete delivery.• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility• To estimate and plan projects from start to end, with built in contingencies.• Develop a detailed project plan / schedule to track progress.• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.• Report and escalate to management as needed.
