- Assisting the Project Manager in the coordination and tracking of projects and internal communication
- Conducting the labeling assessment, labeling design review, and change engineering design reviews
- Supporting the from-to and outside supplier documentation processes
- Interfacing with suppliers and outside agencies for constant inputs, feedback, and approvals
- Understanding of supply chains
- Demonstrated understanding of compliance requirements for medical devices and labeling preferred
- Strong understanding of the Medical Device or equivalent regulated industry, Quality Systems, labeling requirements and Change Control procedures preferred
- 5+ years of industry experience required
- Medical device or pharmaceutical experience is preferred
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience Or ERP System experience required
- Experience with labeling, Microsoft Office & Suite/Project, and Adobe Suite
- Strong communicator, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail
