- GTL - Global Translation Center. All redlines uploaded into that system
- Responsible for getting input from SME
- Compiling that document for approval - English Content Approval
- Then sent to translation house
- Transfer the approved document to supply chain for implementation - they will create bill of materials
- 5 years of industry exp
- Leadership/Accountability/Ownership - setting up collaborative review meetings
- Proactive - Comfortable Leading Team Meetings - Represent the department against personalities that can be fairly senior
- Proactive, able to go above and beyond, Director of their Domain mindset
- Ability to learn quickly
- PLM System Product Lifecycle Management experience Or ERP System
- Routing change orders - not having to train someone on certain things from the scratch
- Project management exposure, environment
- Working with QuickBase, working with timelines
- Understanding end-to-end supply chains
- Experience within a highly-regulated industry - pharma, med device
- Understand the end to end product need
- Labeling experience would be an amazing addition
- Print Proofs, Print Plates
- Microsoft Suite, Adobe knowledge, full suite
