The primary function of this role is to be a liaison between customers and the customer's providers, contract compliance, and maintain existing and new customers by ensuring excellent services are provided.
To qualify for this position you must have:
At least 3 years experience in Facilities or Janitorial/Floorcare
Intermediate or Advanced MS Office: Outlook, Excel and Word
Intermediate or Advanced negotiations skills
Attention to details and accuracy
Possess excellent time management skills
