Automotive Receptionist/Cashier- PART TIME positions available
We have an immediate need to add a part time qualified Receptionist/Cashier to our fast pace dealership.
Job Requirements:
Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls to the appropriate department with good phone etiquette.
Receipt payments from customers for service and parts tickets and deposits on vehicles.
Balance and reconcile all payments received on your shift-credit cards/cash/checks, a correct deposit and matching reconciliation is mandatory at the end of your shift.
Stock in cars
Post accounting entries
Friendly and outgoing personality.
Multi-tasking ability required.
Responsible and Reliable
Business casual Dress Code
HOURS NEEDED:
MON AND FRIDAY EVENINGS 4-9/CLOSE
SATURDAYS 8-6/CLOSE
