-must maintain a neat, clean and well groomed appearance
-must have availability to work nights, weekends and possibly holidays
-ability to communicate effectively with guests, banquet staff and management
-provide prompt and courteous food & beverage service to guests during events
-maintain tables by clearing, replenishing drinks and ensuring guests satisfaction
-perform general cleaning tasks through-out the Ballroom
-replenish buffets and food & beverage stations in a timely manner
-ability to stand for extended periods of time
-ability to lift over 30 lbs
-knowledge of different service techniques
-perform related duties as requested by supervisor/manager
-notify supervisor of complaints, unusual situations or unsafe conditions
-maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
-follow safety and security procedures and rules
-perform all sidework - replenishing condiments, restocking shelves, supplies
